All purchases made in-store at Zari Boutique are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

You have 48 hours from the time order is delivered to exchange.
Exchange Conditions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Notify us at admin@shopatzari.com with photo evidence for justifying the return or exchange, and we will work with you to get a refund, replacement or alternative solutions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and attached tags.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exchanges cannot be accepted for items that are damaged, washed, worn, or show signs of use, including odors, deodorant marks, detergent scents, hair, or stains.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Items returned in used or unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer. The customer will be invoiced for the full cost of both the original item and the exchanged item that was shipped.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 All returned items will be inspected, and customers will be notified of the exchange status after inspection.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Any refund amount due to exchange or returns, once authorized, will reflect as a store credit in your account after the deduction of a 10% restocking fee. You may use it toward the purchase of any other item in the store.

Cancellation Policy
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the online order.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 No refunds will be issued for cancellations, amount will be credited to you as store credit.
